Motorola may introduce a new addition to its Edge 60 smartphone lineup in India, as per recent leaks from industry insider Abhishek Yadav. While the company has not officially confirmed the launch, Yadav suggests the Motorola Edge 60 Stylus could be unveiled on April 17.
If released, the Edge 60 Stylus will expand the existing Motorola Edge 60 series, which currently includes the Edge 60, Edge 60 Fusion, and Edge 60 Pro.
The inclusion of a built-in stylus distinguishes the Edge 60 Stylus from other devices in the series. Positioned to cater to professionals, students, and creatives, the stylus is expected to support note-taking, digital sketching, and document editing. Rendered images circulating online show a designated compartment, likely for stylus storage, located at the lower end of the handset.
The smartphone may be equipped with a 6.7-inch pOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate, enhancing user interaction and media consumption. Under the hood, the Edge 60 Stylus is tipped to house the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and ship with Android 15 out of the box.
Photography capabilities may include a triple-camera setup featuring a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP wide-angle lens, and a 32MP front-facing camera designed for video communication and selfies.
The battery is likely to be a 5,000mAh unit supported by 68W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging, aimed at minimizing downtime for users on the go.
Although Motorola has not shared pricing details, leaked reports hint at a cost near EUR 500, approximately Rs 43,600. With the Edge 60 Fusion already available in India, the Stylus variant could be the next strategic release by the brand in the mid-premium category.
Motorola is expected to make an official announcement soon.
